Ruler of Sharjah opens 30th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair

H. H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah inaugurated today in the presence of H. H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, crown prince and deputy ruler of Sharjah and H. H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council, the 30th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair at Sharjah Expo Centre.

Sheikh Sultan, the sponsor of the event, was received at arrival by Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qassimi, Head of the Emirates Publishers Association and the Head of the Emirati Board for Books For young people, Sheikh Hor bint Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairwoman of Sharjah Art Foundation, Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Thani, Chairman of the Civil Aviation Department in Sharjah, Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Head of the Department of Central Finance, other Sheiks , Mohammed Al Murr, Speaker of the Federal National Council, Humaid Al Qattami, Minister of Education, Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development and senior officials.
