Sharjah Ruler opens Exit 5 exhibition

His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, UAE Supreme Council member, Ruler of Sharjah and Supreme President of the University of Sharjah (UOS) has opened (Exit 5), an exhibition of art works by graduates of the College of Fine Arts and Design.

Works on display at the "Exit 5" exhibition are graduation projects in fine arts, graphics, multimedia, and interior design.

Present at the opening ceremony were Sheikh Salim Abdul Rehman Al-Qassimi, Director of the Sharjah Ruler's Office and Salim Obaid Al-Shamsi, head of Sharjah's Municipal Council, Dr Amr Abdul Hameed, Cultural Advisor to H.H Sheikh Sultan, Professor Samy A. Mahmoud, Chancellor of UoS, faculty members and senior officials.

In his two-hour tour at the exhibition, Sheikh Sultan stopped at the works put on display.

Students expressed pride in Sheikh Sultan's generous patronage of the cultural movement in the emirate.
